Meet
Axel Bleuer.
Competitive player. Coach. Axel's coaching rests on one principle — that serious players deserve the same structured, evidence-based coaching that professionals have always had access to.

Competitor First.
Coach Second.
Axel Bleuer grew up competing across Europe before settling in Vilnius, Lithuania — a city he quickly identified as a padel market on the verge of something serious. Over 15 years on the competitive circuit, he accumulated the kind of court intelligence that only comes from playing matches that matter.
What he noticed, coaching friends and club players on the side, was a consistent gap. Most recreational players were either self-taught or receiving generic instruction disconnected from how the sport actually works at higher levels. They weren't improving — not because they lacked talent, but because no one had given them the right framework.
His coaching was the answer to that gap. An approach built on competitive experience, individual assessment, and a structured development system — the AB Method — that works at every level of the game.
Philosophy
What We
Believe.
Padel is a craft, not a pastime
We treat the sport the way a craftsman treats their discipline — with patience, with structure, and with the understanding that real improvement is the product of the right work done consistently over time. Shortcuts are expensive. They create habits that have to be unlearned later.
Every player is individual
Generic programmes produce generic results. Before we write a single session plan, we watch you play. We look at where your game is strong, where it leaks, what your body does naturally, and what your goals actually are. The plan that comes out of that assessment belongs to you.
Honesty is a form of respect
We won't tell you what you want to hear. We'll tell you what's true about your game, delivered clearly and constructively. Players who receive honest feedback improve faster, stay on the right path longer, and develop more accurate self-awareness — which is the foundation of independent learning.
Consistency compounds
Show up, train with intent, repeat. The player who does this week after week, month after month, will eventually outperform the player who trains sporadically at higher intensity. Regularity is underrated. We build programmes around the life you actually have, not the ideal one.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania.
Axel coaches at a purpose-built padel facility in Vilnius — one of the best-equipped venues in the Baltics. Glass-walled courts, professional lighting, and a dedicated warm-up area give you everything you need to train seriously.
