1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the coaching services described on it (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is provided by Axel Bleuer ("we", "us", "our"), based in Vilnius, Lithuania. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at hola@axelbleuer.com.

2. Use of the Service

This website provides information about coaching services and directs visitors to an external scheduling provider (Cal.com) to book sessions. No account is created on this website.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation.

3. Booking & Payments

Session bookings are made through an external scheduling provider. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking.

Payment terms and methods are agreed directly between you and Axel Bleuer at or before the time of the session. Prices are displayed in Euros (€).

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is correct and accessible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. The court and coach time have already been committed and cannot be reassigned at short notice.

If Axel cancels a session for any reason — unavailability, facility closure, or otherwise — you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability.

5. Code of Conduct

All players are expected to behave respectfully towards the coach, staff, and other players at all times. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will result in termination of your booking without refund.

Players are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times regardless of late arrival.

Players are responsible for any damage caused to court property or equipment through negligent or reckless behaviour.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data (name, email address, session history) necessary to operate the Service. This data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

We may send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders). With your separate consent, we may also send coaching-related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in padel training involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. We take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe training environment, but cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during sessions that result from normal sporting activity.

Our liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
