Coaching
Training
Group.
Game situations, not drills in isolation. Each session is built around a specific phase of play — you repeat the same situation enough times to actually get better at it, with Axel coaching between rounds.
The format
Same Situation.
Many Reps.
Real Feedback.
A Training Group session is structured into blocks. Each block isolates one phase of the game — defending, building, attacking, or a specific transition — and the whole group works through that situation together for 20 minutes before moving on.
Because every player is in the same situation at the same time, Axel can coach the group as a unit. He stops rounds, shows what went wrong, resets, and runs it again. It's closer to how team sports train than how most padel lessons work.
Sessions run for 85 minutes and cap at 6 players so everyone gets enough reps and Axel can actually see what each person is doing.

How a Session
Is Built.
Defending under pressure
One pair is pinned at the back while the other attacks repeatedly. The focus is on resetting cleanly, reading the lob, and surviving without panicking. Same situation, many reps — Axel coaches between rounds.
Building from the back
Starting every point from the defensive position, players work on how to construct a path to the net — when to lob, when to drive, and how to read the right moment to press forward.
Attacking patterns
Starting at the net in a dominant position, players drill the finishing side: bandeja placement, vibota decisions, smash selection, and how to close out points instead of giving the baseline pair a way back in.
Constrained sparring
Points played with a specific rule or constraint — for example, every short ball must be attacked, or the defending pair must land three lobs before attempting to transition. The constraint forces repetition of the exact skill worked earlier.
Who it's for
Players Who
Want Reps.
Training Group works best for players who already understand the basics and want to build habits through repetition. You don't need to be advanced — but you should be able to sustain a rally and play points without stopping every few seconds.
